Job Title: Nuclear Business Analyst Location: Juno Beach, FL Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job description: Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders Identify and implement software solutions that support business processes Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for software solutions Act as a subject matter expert for nuclear energy management software systems Conduct system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing Identify risks and issues related to software systems and coordinate resolution Provide training and support to end-users Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure integration and alignment of business systems Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role Strong knowledge and experience with nuclear energy management software systems Experience developing functional and technical specifications Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
