Title: Senior PeopleSoft Developer Location: REMOTE Duration : 12+mth VISA: Citizen MOI: Skype Must have strong LinkedIn profile Must have: PeopleSoft FSCM (Financial) PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital Management) Rest API AND Web Services Strong integration experience Peoplesoft integration Retail experience a major plus JOB TITLE: Senior PeopleSoft Developer (HCM) WORK SCHEDULE: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM CST Position Summary: The Senior PeopleSoft Developer will develop and support new and existing PeopleSoft online applications within the HCM (Human Capital Management) 9.2 system including Human Resources (HR), Base Benefits (BN), Benefits Administration (BA), Payroll for North America (PY), Time and Labor (TL), eBenefits, and Self Service modules. This individual is responsible for the analysis, planning, design, development, testing, debugging, and production support of PeopleSoft HCM applications. Key Accountabilities: Provide technical and functional expertise and support for the PeopleSoft HCM applications in an Oracle environment Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, ongoing maintenance, and the resolution of system issues Develop strong relationships with end users to effectively troubleshoot problems and recommend good solutions Work with end users to define scope of business needs and translate processes into detailed functional requirements or design specifications Design, code, and unit test complex projects Develop and maintain integration between PeopleSoft HCM and external applications Identify developmental or design risks and action plans Develop and support new and existing structured query reporting (SQR) programs Prepare training materials and user documentation to assist in providing custom training and education to end users Assist with system upgrades and prepare data mapping for conversion requirements Acquire new skills and knowledge to stay at the forefront of information systems tools for PeopleSoft and software quality assurance Additional duties as assigned -- Keywords: business analyst access management information technology |
