Job Description: Business Analyst to understand prospect and customer business and functional objectives, along with the As-is and To-be state of the organization in order to provide a functional product solution and demonstrate it back where required. 8-12 years of experience as an functional anaylsyt , implementing, and managing Workforce Management systems for customers across different industries Must have 8+ years of experience in Implementing and Supporting Kronos WFC ( WorkForce Central) application across Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance and Accruals modules Must have 5+ years of experience in Implementing and Supporting Kronos WFD ( WorkForce Dimensions ) in Timekeeping , Accrauls,Attendance,Forecasting & Scheduling modules Expertise in configuring Pay policies, Functional features, Mobile Enablement, Setup Profiles, Clock management and application Administration Knowledge and experience in Interface development with HR & Payroll systems using WIM / Dell Boomi, building Reports and Analytics Views Should be able to work with Business stakeholders to define the User requirements, able to design, troubleshoot issues with WFD Should be able to enable GenAI integration, automate the business / technical processes wherever feasible using APIs. WFC to WFD Migration experience (must) Good experience in supporting PoCs , RFPs, effort estimations, SOW Review, Project execution, Risk Mitigation, Grooming & building the team Certification in Kronos Workforce Dimensions is highly desirable. Dell Boomi certification is an added advantage. Additional experience with any other Workforce Management (WFM) products is an added advantage.
