SDLC Proficiency: Knowledge of SDLC phases and methodologies, and the ability to apply QA practices at each stage of a hybrid model. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SDLC tools and third-party QA tools, including but not limited to the Microsoft 365 platform, JIRA, Power BI, and various third-party quality assurance tools and add-ons. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze quality metrics and generate insightful reports. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration with stakeholders. Process Improvement: Experience in driving QA process enhancements and efficiency. Leadership: Leadership within the QA team and the ability to contribute to project success. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills for issue identification and resolution. Preferred Skills Experience with transitioning from in-house development models to the adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms within organizations. Minimum Entrance Requirements Bachelor's degree. Five years quality assurance experience for a complex software implementation program similar in scale to BEST.
