Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing. Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service. Worked on revenue recognition. Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing. Repair order process. Customer service master data - Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters etc. Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service Knowledge on Idocs. Must be deliver the object with help of technical team with minimum support Having a OTC skill is a plus at least manage the concepts / high level configuration. Knowledge and understand Service management in depth & has worked on integration with Oracle Service Cloud, equipment master, serial numbers, process like regular whole unit repair, regular exchange process, advance exchange process, before repair, integration services to connect with SD, service integration with warehouse management.
