UCC application uses the AWS architecture and workflow for sending out comms to Customer in form of Emails, SMS and Auto Call for multiple campaigns (Payment Due, Statement Ready, Order Confirmation, etc.) Story behind the need/key projects: QA Lead for Order Confirmation QA track has been transitioned to separate team. Position needed for QA Lead capable of leading the entire Order Confirmation QA team while interacting with the Business , Project Management team, allocating tasks to onshore and offshore team members with a good working knowledge of systems like Agent OS, SXAPI, MSA , UCC Hub Platform and CSG Billing systems.
