Knowledge of the major router and switching platforms: Cisco Catalyst 65xx, 45xx, 37xx, 29xx Cisco 75xx, 72xx, 36xx, 37xx, 28xx Cisco ACE load balancer Juniper EX-8200/4200/SRX routers ASR 1000 Proven experience with physical media technologies and associated equipment. Security knowledge is a strong plus. Operational experience in Internet Service Provider (ISP) services. (DHCP, DNS, FTP, TFTP, Exchange, etc.) Extensive experience with Server Load Balancing solutions in high-availability architectures Soft Skills Must be from global support background. Motivated to complete tasks and projects Excellent spoken English skills Excellent writing skills are a must. Must be able to create/edit technical documentation.
