Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, create, and execute test scripts across multiple geographical time zones. Organize Bugs and Defect review meetings, recommending best practices for logging and tracking defects to resolution. Maintain metrics and provide go/no-go recommendations, analyzing ticket queues using in-house tools for tracking. Define test automation scope and strategy, providing effort estimation for testing. Serve as Level 1 support, utilizing technical expertise for application support, diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of end-user problems. Evaluate ticket parameters and issue details, assigning tasks to team members or other functional areas as required, delegating tasks to cover multiple geographical time zones. Communicate and/or escalate project issues early to Program, Internal management, and delivery management. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in SAP functional testing with a strong background in FICO. Functional knowledge of SAP FICO, FICA, and integration with SD, MM, and other modules. Experience in end-to-end SAP testing automation using tools like Worksoft Certify, Data-Driven Testing tools, and other leading testing tools.
