Project Manager SAP Success Factors Implementation Overview Under the direction of the HR Technology Associate Director, this role will manage the project management activities associated with the SAP SuccessFactors implementation for Alnylams HR organization. The project will be implemented in multiple phases over a two-year period and will include Core HR, Integrations, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management and Time Management. These SAP modules will replace existing systems, including Taleo, Oracle, BetterWorks and Kronos. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with key stakeholders, including the Alnylam project team and 3rd party implementation team to successfully deliver the project to completion. Track and monitor daily tasks across the project to ensure activities are progressing as planned. Manage project timelines, assign deliverables, and communicate due dates. Follow up and escalate as needed. Track Invoices and support budget reporting Coordinate project meetings, document meeting minutes, actions and key outcomes. Maintain RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) by working with owners to provide updates and work to closure of each item. Partner with workstream leads to deliver regular status reports that roll up to an overall view of the project status. Create and manage repositories for project documentation (e.g., Box folders) with appropriate folder access.
