Salesforce Platform Manager Hybrid - Raleigh, NC NO H1B & CPT Duration: 12 month contract - C2C MOI: Skype Job Description: The NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a Multi-Platform Owner for a contract position based in Raleigh, NC. This role involves providing hands-on support to development teams specializing in Salesforce. The Salesforce Platform Manager will collaborate closely with Project Portfolio Managers throughout feasibility studies, market analysis, and project estimation, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Educate various roles and levels of personnel on Salesforce best practices and principles. Coach project teams with in-depth guidance on roles, best practices, work products, and governance for teams utilizing Salesforce technology. Provide training sessions and impart skills to drive organization-wide adoption of Salesforce practices. Job Requirements: Strong experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Testing/Continuous Delivery processes and tools. Salesforce Platform Fit Assessment expertise. High-level Solution and ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) estimation capabilities. Resource Recommendations proficiency. Cost & Complexity assessment skills. Salesforce Product recommendations & Licensing Assertive about adherence to EPSG processes and enthusiasm for Best Practices, Standards & Guidelines. Salesforce License Negotiations & Provisioning competence. SI (System Integrator) Options & Management knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach, inspire, and motivate. Required Skills and Experience: 7 years of experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Testing/Continuous Delivery processes and tools. 7 years of experience in Salesforce Platform Fit Assessment. 7 years of experience in High-Level Solution and ROM estimation for Salesforce. 7 years of experience in Salesforce Product recommendations & Licensing, with a commitment to adherence to EPSG processes and enthusiasm for Best Practices, Standards & Guidelines. 7 years of experience in Salesforce License Negotiations & Provisioning. 7 years of experience in Resource Recommendations for Salesforce. 7 years of experience in Cost & Complexity assessment for Salesforce. 7 years of experience in SI Options & Management for Salesforce.
