I would like to bring in a contractor to knock out some very specific tasks and to do that - they will need to be an expert in HTML, TypeScript (current), Angular (current), CSS, SCSS, and ideally, also have some mobile skills. Looking for an Angular front end developer with strong CSS and SCSS and mobile skills. The person I'm looking for will be better at all of these things than the people on my team - they will not be looking to my team for expertise - rather - they will be providing the expertise to my team.
