We are an Agile Scrum team focused on delivering custom Front-end experiences for ***s Contact Center agents. We are currently developing new customer omnichannel experiences to provide ***s customers with the means to get the help they want through the communication channel (voice, chat, sms, video, etc) they prefer to use with us. We are creating these new Front-end experiences in a BBY custom Micro Frontend platform connected to the Twilio Contact Center as a Service platform. Our team works very collaboratively together often peer programming with each other to help the team succeed at maximizing the value we provide to our stakeholders. Project Description: Helping lead the team in our development of new customer omnichannel experiences for the BBY Contact Centers Digital Communication Platform. Position Summary/Job Description: Strong technical and interpersonal skills to lead and be accountable for business delivery requirements Assist the Team Leader in providing day to day development leadership to the team. o Help set overall design direction for how major features need to be delivered. o Lead the overall delivery of code to meet proper security and code quality standards. o Assist in strategically assigning work to help meet business timelines and provide opportunities to developers to strengthen their skills. o Mentor developers in collaboration sessions during sprint delivery. Lead team in sprint grooming sessions Help in leading the continual improvement in team processes. Be an individual contributor to team capacity/code development.
