Position: MS365 Ecosystem Functional Consultant (Hybrid) Location: Tampa, FL, Detroit MI, Chicago IL, or Houston TX (3 days onsite) Duration: 6 months Note: Local preferred But Relocation will also work Job Description: Are you a functional expert on the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem and have worked with organizations on their implementation and best practice use of the various tools available for knowledge management such as Microsoft 365, Analytic and Reporting Tools, and Cloud governance We are seeking an individual to join our team and work with our various internal "practice" groups who are using various tools and technologies related to M365. You will be handling tasks related to M365, SharePoint Online, Data and Document Clean Up, Governance, Standards and Tools, Microsoft Viva, Stream Migration and Search, Audience Targeting, Metrics & Analytics as well as Taxonomy and Metadata. In this role, you will work with various group within our organization (internal clients) on what improvements or new functionality might they be able to use to better server our external clients. This role is technical per se, this is more of a functional role - someone who can show others how to get the most out of the feature and functions of MS365 Ecosystem. You should have hands on skills with these tools and be somewhat a super user. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Here is a list of the qualifications for this opportunity: 4-6+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint Online, Teams, Stream, PowerApps, and Power Automate. Modern SharePoint Online experience which includes site features, user permissions, provisioning new sites, etc. Solution implementation and consulting experience with SharePoint Online in large scale, enterprise environments. Business Analysis, Project Management and Change Management experience Experience with creating and advising on taxonomy and meta data Experience with Microsoft Viva would be a nice to have If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
