Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification with 5+ years of hands-on Agile Project Experience. Deep knowledge of the Scrum Framework and Agile values. Deep understanding of Application Development Processes and SDLC. 10+ years of progressive, broad-based IT experience including deep/broad expertise over multiple subjects within a technical field, conceptual understanding, as well as applied experience. 2+ years working in a DevOps environment with hands-on experience working with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Zephyr). Highly developed communication skills to collaborate, build relationships, influence, negotiate, and persuade others at all levels both within and outside of IT. Strong facilitation skills, both verbal and written communication. Demonstrated experience in practical decision-making based on best practice risk analysis methodologies. Demonstrated drive and record of continuous improvement. Experience in negotiations, influencing others, and managing conflict. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) Certification. MBA with a concentration in IT-related areas. 5+ years in Project and/or Program management. Understanding of IT Systems implementations including development and implementation of applications in new computing architecture environments using new and emerging technologies and work processes.
