Job Title: Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst - Energy Trading and Risk Management Systems (ETRM) Location: Houston, TX (Day 1 Onsite) Duration: Long term contract Must Have: Business Analyst / Project Manager, 15 years of experience, ETRM, Credit Risk, and Energy domain experience. Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end project management and business analysis activities across multiple industries, with a focus on Energy Trading and Risk Management Systems. Define and implement IT strategies, application processes, and methodologies, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Provide expertise in ETRM vendor solutions, including Triple Point Commodity XL, Endur Open Link, and analysis tools such as SAP-Business Objects Intelligence and Crystal Reports. Proficient in SQL for data mining and data warehousing processes, with experience in hardware, network capacity, system audit tracking, backups, and database administration. Extensive knowledge of banking and financial terms related to derivatives, fixed income, hedge funds, capital markets, energy trading, and more. Collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project outcomes. Qualifications: Over 15 years of experience in Information Technology and Project Management/Business Analysis. Proven expertise in ETRM systems, including Triple Point Commodity XL and Endur Open Link. Proficient in SQL for data mining and data warehousing processes. Strong project management skills with experience in IT strategy development, application processes, and methodologies. In-depth understanding of banking and financial terms, including derivatives, fixed income, and capital markets. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in relevant project management methodologies.
