The developer should be able to work closely with business users and develop complex products. Developer must be able to pivot with changing and demanding priorities. Developer must be able to stay updated with the latest advancements, new features, and industry trends. Skills & Requirements 8+ years of work experience Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC) Version 8 and beyond. Experience programming and troubleshooting RESTful web service API's. Experience fixing guard-rail scores in Pega based apps. Knowledge of system integration architecture involving MQ and BizTalk. Experience with troubleshooting Production log files and performance issues. Pega admin knowledge with Websphere Application server. Ability to interact with business analysts and business team members to refine requirements, use cases. Experience developing SQL Queries. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for collaborating with teams, understanding business requirements. Experience working with Agile Methodology. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
