Job Title: Product Manager with AI Experience Job ID: VZGTJP00049798 Job Location: Basking Ridge, NJ - 07920 Duration: 06 Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities: 10+ years of product management experience and having directly led teams (ideally 3+ years of management experience) A passion for AI products and delivery business outcomes Proven ability to scale and foster a team while leading from a product driven stance Ability to lead a large decentralized group from complex and ambiguous situations to clarity and focus Experience balancing competing needs in a platform, striking the right balance between flexibility and consistency, and comfortable communicating prioritization Track record of successfully launching and growing products at scale Ability to balance outstanding user insight with high analytical rigor Drive to question assumptions and validate hypotheses Obsesses over getting the product details right, but knows how to ship on time Lead, mentor and develop a growing team of product managers Experience working in AI/ML space Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience Responsibilities: This product management executive directs and oversees all aspects of product life cycle management that meet market and user requirements and that facilitates rapid development and implementation of new products and enhancements. Responsible for understanding market demands, technology trends, and the user and competitive field. Being a Top Product Management executive manages the strategic product roadmap, product development, product launch, and product marketing. Build a deep understanding of our users and partners what problems and what they wish could be better Define and refine the vision for AI&D products and the associated platform to deliver capabilities that empower user experiences and deliver meaningful business value Set direction and influence the executive leadership on the overall product strategy Make product decisions and often serve as the lead resource for the rest of the organization when deep product expertise is required Own ideation - the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas. Collect, curate, and promote the most relevant ideas into features Articulate the what and work with engineers and data scientist to determine the when, build what matters.
