Assess client requirements and design integration strategies. 2.Must be expert in Talend developer with atleast 4+ years of experience 3. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity during migrations. Project Management: 1. Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. 2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. 3. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular project updates. 2. Understand client needs, expectations, and goals, and tailor migration solutions accordingly. 3. Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure alignment with project objectives. Documentation and Reporting: 1.
