http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=862805&uid= From: Naveen Varma, USG [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Oracle DBA (Golden Gate) Location: Charlotte, NC | Plano, TX | Chandler, AZ (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term // W2 position // Responsibilities: Install, configure and support Golden Gate Deployments Implement Golden Gate multi-master replication, must have implemented Veridata and worked extensively on conflict resolution and complex replication strategy Applying Oracle patches and maintaining ASM Troubleshoot complex systems to identify bottlenecks (SQL, IO, hardware, query related, etc.); Resolve database related issues Provide production support in time sensitive situations in addition to providing support for multiple high profile applications/projects Support release rollouts/builds for application teams Support project teams Decisions/Actions must be in compliance to our internal standards and policies Assist clients with fine tuning indexing and tune queries Generate performance and efficiency metrics and offer expert advice to clients Perform regular security and access reviews; Remediate as needed Responsible for installation, configuration, upgrading, administrating, monitoring, performance tuning, maintenance, and handling database security of Oracle databases running on a Linux platform Requirements: 10+ years' experience with Oracle Database Administration with experience in implementing multimaster replication using Golden Gate Proficiency in Oracle database Backup/Recovery, Cloning, Maintenance, Exp/Imp/Datapump, Performance monitoring/tuning, Security management, PL/SQL Programming, with work experience on Oracle 11g/12c databases Sound knowledge of Cron, must have migrated from Cron to Autosys and must have created and supported jobs in AutoSys Time management skills, comfort with bank processes, judgment regarding when to escalate issues to leads and management, and the ability to work as the SQL expert in part of a team DBA must be thorough with Active Active Active setup of replication and must have supported complex replication and must have a sound understanding of conflict resolution Experience with AutoSys and should be extremely comfortable creating, modifying, moving jobs, etc. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results Thanks Naveen Varma [email protected] United Software Group Inc..
