Workday Engineer - -  100% REMOTE

Duties & Responsibilities

Provides Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including business process configuration, data upload (EIB), testing and other troubleshooting support specifically for Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Time & Absence.

Develops and drives innovative and proactive change efforts for HR process improvements, including enhancements to end user experience.

Participates in deployment of new businesses: map current processes and data, identify gaps with Workday processes, recommend changes, define requirements, configure, test and validate changes

Assists with Workday bi-annual releases, including analysis of impacts of new functionality, modules, business processes, testing of integrations and cross functional up and downstream analysis

Designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using Custom Report, EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI

Have worked on at least one End-to-End Workday Implementation project

Good to have knowledge on developing Workday Payroll Integration

Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT and deployment

Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution.

Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation Leadership & Communication:

Ability to work well with different staff levels within and out of core competency Communicates in a professional manner when interacting across staff levels and internal/external customers.

Understands the importance of communicating risk assessment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical mind; demonstrated critical thinking and analytic skills with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the clients needs and situation

Excellent collaborator and a team player

Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution

Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information

Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management

Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities
