Position: Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer Location: Redmond, WA (REMOTE) Duration: 6+ Months JOB DESCRIPTION: Partner with the Microsoft internal and external business teams, and engineering to analyze, design, create, execute, and release CRM implementations. Translate business requirements specs into the technical design to accommodate updates to the existing CRM implementation. Own and create technical designs and review them with Dynamics 365 architect and coordinate parallel development efforts. Document and train end users in CRM system. RESPONSIBLITIES Years of Experience Required 8+ Degrees or certifications required none Disqualifiers Candidates must have previous experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, candidates without Dynamics 365 CRM experience will not be considered. Best vs. Average The best candidate has experience with plug-ins in CRM, as well as lots of knowledge of Azure. Performance indicators This contractors performance will be measured by their ability to meet deadlines. Dynamics 365 CRM Experience | 5+ Years of Experience C# | 5+ Years of Experience Javascript/React | 5+ Years of Experience" Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm The contractor will have at least 2-3 meetings per day, one of which is the daily scrum/sync in morning. Theyll have 1-2 meetings with Dynamics 365 architects and senior engineers, the rest will be coding and working. Around 70-80% coding and technical work, 20-30% design meetings Interaction level with sponsor/team Low/Moderate, minor interaction with sponsor around 15-30 minutes every few days.
