Requires a lot of hands-on development and someone who can come in and act as a sounding board and offer architecture advice. Requires a few years of SNOW Architecture experience. Doesnt want someone new to Architecture. Huge bonus: someone coming from a wide array of industries and organizations; likes to see a diverse background, someone who can bring a lot of knowledge to the table. No degree requirement or certification requirement. Manager cares more about someone who has the technical chops (can talk the talk and walk the walk) & a big picture mindset. Current environment is ITSM / ITOM heavy. Migrating from SNOW Utah to SNOW Vancouver. This experience or similar would be a huge benefit.
