Job Description: Job Title Solution Architect Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 10-12 Yrs. Technical/Functional Skills Documentum D2, JAVA Spring Boot Experience Required 10-12 Yrs. Roles & Responsibilities - Experience in gathering customer requirements and writing functional and technical design documentation. - Should be able to design, create, configure, and document solutions under minimal supervision. - To keep track of patterns of various Documentum Applications - To design the solution on time after understanding the complexity of the problem. - To identify document flows in/between business processes and are able to provide new solutions for the optimization of document flows. - Sound Technical knowledge in ECM tools. - Expertise in Documentum D2 Developer with Strong Development background - Sound knowledge on LSRD and LSQM - Ability to provide the solution on time after understanding the complexity of the problem. - Ability to provide an error free delivery. - Keeping tab of technology developments, optimizing techniques. - Experience in Regulatory, Pharma, Quality and Compliance domain - Good Creativity with good Communications skills. - Good client handling capability. - Knowledge of tools that helps in quick testing and developing Generic Managerial Skills - Working on Proposals, Estimation and Presentations - Risk Management, Project management, lead and own deliverables without much supervision. - - Acting as SPOC and coordinating with Business, Business IT, Delivery Managers - Ability to groom and manage a dedicated team of 5 to 6 members. Nice to Have Qualifications : - Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 6-8 consultants. - Scientific Data Migration Knowledge is desirable.
