Kindly have a glance at the job description Reporting Analyst Plano, TX 12 Months Contract Roles & Responsibilities Consolidate multiple schedules into a single view for external bridge reporting. Report program progress to external and internal stakeholders Lifecycle test results Ops Trial progress and feedback Consolidated product test progress Consolidate product test results. Follow up with Product Owners and Integration Test Leads when data appears inaccurate or incomplete! Recommend and generate reports to enhance leadership visibility, this includes choosing the right graphical representation to make key information stand out and provide a way to retrieve detail if needed! Note: this is not a Program Manager role, and the resource is not accountable for program delivery. This is a reporting role. Scale: Scrum teams use JIRA to manage backlog. Test progress and results will be available in JIRA using plug-ins to TestRail and Zephyr. 14 development partners using waterfall methodology, 8 of which are providing timelines/schedules to Client. Updates need to be obtained manually. Experience & Skills: Experience using JIRA to understand test results reporting and burndown reporting Familiarity with running queries (JQL) to extract filtered data in tracking defect open to closure status PowerBI, Tableau and other reporting tools Ability to assist in Defect Reporting in testing events Ability to use Confluence to create pages to clearly communicate information Ability to create clear documents to show program timelines/schedules, program progress and test results Visual design skills to choose the appropriate representation of a data so that it easily understood by executive and working level audiences. Analytical skills to identify misalignments and work with PO and CPO to resolve Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Knowledge of SharePoint Server/SharePoint Services and Tableau preferred Attention to detail is required Experience in software development and/or manufacturing is desirable Experience with large-scale integration programs is desirable Ability to Analyze Data Understand Business requirements and Business Objective Ability to work independently Ability to learn quickly and think creatively Critical and analytical thinking Team player with strong interpersonal skills Create executive Reports Experience with test management software such as TestRail or Zephyr is desirable but not required Bi-lingual Japanese/English is not required but is desirable Thanks & regards, Jabez Stanley Trainee Recruiter Dimiour.
