Develop and lead the enhancements of robust technology & data systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical personnel to gather and analyze requirements, to determine necessity of modifications or enhancements, and translate into technical specifications and system architecture. Design and build system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance. Utilize programming language and frameworks (.NET, Bootstrap, Angular, MVC) to create modules, interfaces, and functionalities needed to solve complex problems. Leverage database structure and optimize data storage and retrieval processes for efficient reporting and data management. Integrate secure user authentication and authorization mechanisms, including role-based access control (RBAC) to control system access. Demonstrated technical expertise creating integrations across diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies, both internal and external systems, ensuring data quality and privacy protection. Produce technical and operational documentation. Ability to make best practice recommendations based upon past work. Utilizes excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical personnel. Encourages diversity of thought and creative problem solving.
