Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Track the progress of the project diligently and proactively identify risks and plan appropriate mitigation. Closely track the dependencies - internal and customer and ensure that the stakeholders. understand the criticality of their completion, for the overall completion of the milestones / project on time. Manage and ensure quality standards of Pega implementations. Accountable for architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions. Lead the discussions and initiatives on integration of other applications with Pega based application. Control scope creep tightly and trigger change control process as appropriate members to ensure the teams are engaged. Experience and Skill sets 12+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years of Pega delivery management experience, in large Tier IIT companies Should have worked for clients in verticals such as Manufacturing, Banking, Energy etc. Has expertise in iterative and Scrum based agile methodologies Good project Management skills (Including running Agile projects with good Sprint and capacity planning, Velocity determination, Burndown/up chart preparation, Planning demo's etc) Strong Communication skills and able to build good rapport with customer stakeholders (IT & Business) and internal teams at offshore.
