Your role involves configuring and resolving hardware and software issues, along with hands-on support for clinician access methods. This position requires on-site deployment to different customer locations, reporting to an Implementation Engineer or Manager. Responsibilities Your duties as a Deployment Specialist will include: Conducting supervised enrollment sessions Assisting clinicians with training on client software and hardware across Windows and mobile devices Addressing basic technical and software problems and escalating when needed Managing user enrollment in various authentication methods through client software Providing general information about the client's business and products Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: Access to a computer with internet connectivity for online eLearning An iOS or Android mobile device Familiarity with hospital environments Proficiency in deploying hardware peripherals and software Strong troubleshooting abilities Completion of a background check and drug screening Successful completion of the Deployment Specialist online training and exam Working Environment You'll work across various hospital departments within client sites. Some areas may be secure and demand specific attire for work clothes while upholding patient confidentiality. The standard work week comprises five 8-hour days, with an additional 30-60 minutes allotted for lunch.
