Experience with Sitecore development in version 10.2 or greater 2. Experience with Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) 3. HTML, CSS/CSS3, SASS, jQuery, and JavaScript experience. Our client has an exciting opportunity in their Information Technology group. We are looking for a Senior Sitecore Full Stack Developer with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities, be able to quickly learn emerging technologies with the ability to resolve complex issues. Responsibilities Work in multiple Sitecore projects doing requirement gathering, understanding acceptance criteria, analysis, design, development, debug, unit test, document, and review of development efforts. Develop and configure websites, web apps and CMS. Manage workload using Agile sprints, accurately estimate effort for tasks, and work with business users, QA and system business analysts and other stakeholders on priorities, and work towards completing it. Recognize the critical elements of complex application problems, develop, and evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations. Work closely with the value stream members to deliver the development objects on time meeting client quality standards. Comfort with group estimating and a willingness to voice an opinion against the grain. Ensure delivery of high-quality products by adhering to client development standards and guidelines, performing code reviews and unit tests. Operate within the ITSM framework and adhere to SDLC and Agile methodologies. Remain current with newer capabilities in the Sitecore development framework and make recommendations when appropriate for continuous improvement. Maintain effective, collaborative and cooperative working relationships with technical and functional team members, peers, process owners, and users. Provide communications to business and IT stakeholders on projects and work in progress. Guide and advise less experienced team members. Attend user groups, webinars, training, workshops, or conferences to learn new technologies and skills. Provide Advance Business Application (ABAP) technical support for patch and release upgrades, meet regulatory compliance requirements periodically audit standards. Minimum Qualifications (required) Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education) 3-5 years of hands on Sitecore version 9.0+ SXA front-end and back-end development experience. 5-7 years of HTML, CSS, SASS, jQuery and JavaScript experience. Sitecore certification (9.0+) Knowledge of 3 basic content management system databases; Core, Master, Web Moderate understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices Demonstrated knowledge of Web Services SOAP/RESTful services in a SOA Front End: o knowledge of MVC, Razor, GIT and .NET design patterns o Helix Architecture: Foundation, Feature and Project Layers o Ability to handle compatibility between browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge/IE, etc.). o Ability to take a mockup or design and implement a UI that reasonably reflects it. o Capability to demonstrate responsive or mobile-first design techniques. o SOLR setup and configuration o SXA principles, creating and configuring SXA components o Knowledge of Creative Exchange/CLI o Optimizing apps for mobile experience Back End: o Advance understanding of SQL Servers setup, configuration and able to create DB Schemas and security protocols. o A focused background in the .NET tech stack with strong experience in backend code (C#). o Experience with web hosting environments, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes. o Experience working with containers o Sitecore identity server, X-connect, marketing automation and Search o Using scripts to generate security certificates o Experience with Unicorn o Azure DevOps Boards/Reporting o Sitecore Experience Platform o Power and Sitecore Power extensions o Hyper V virtual machine setup o Scripting and Automation o Experience implementing Sitecore major version upgrades o Experience with user authentication, authorization, security, and data protection. o Experience Sitecore integration with other platforms such as CRM, SAP, Power BI, custom self-service transaction apps etc. Additional Qualifications Experience in Agile, ITSM, DevOps.
