Maintain current Instrument Manager application and provide troubleshooting services to help resolve lab issues. 2. Ensure the Instrument Manager complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 3. Collaborate with quality control teams to validate Instrument Manager performance and accuracy. 4. Coordinate with laboratory staff and scientists to understand their Instrument Manager needs. 5. Need Instrument manager programming experience as well. Qualifications & Experience: 1. Proven experience in instrument management within a laboratory or diagnostics setting. 2. Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments and their operation. 3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in diagnostics. 4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 5. Effective communication and team collaboration abilities. 6. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree 2. Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
