Must have a VMWare Certified ( 6.x or higher). VMWare Certified professionals Candidates must have VMWare work experience in implementation and customer interaction. Will be training, mentoring & guiding CSS frontline support engineers in triaging, scoping, troubleshooting tickets. So will have to arrive at creating AVS training syllabus by core areas like HCX, NSX, Day 0 provisioning etc., Will guide and handle Fortune 500 customer interactions. Will facilitate VMware Tier3 engagement and ensure the right amount of troubleshooting is conducted at Tier1 level before engaging VMware external Support. Will closely collaborate with Internal technical teams to troubleshoot customer cases. Able to answer How do I tickets at Tier 1 level Will provide constant feedback to AVS Engineering on improvements and automations.
