Its specific to parts distribution. The client is an automotive parts manufacturer and distributor. After the ERP implementation is complete this role will begin to take on ownership of Corporate Tools. Duties will include: Supporting full application life cycle (cradle to grave), Licensing, permissions, and software level security, Data mapping and integration with existing tools, Interface between all stakeholders (IT/Business/SMEs) for application project execution Research and evaluation of other business applications and expansions of current software Translating business user concepts into comprehensive requirements and design documents Requirements analysis and gathering Bridging of new and existing applications (data transfers and database interconnections) Who You Are: Have developed, reviewed, and executed application training modules Demonstrated customer support experience Experience developing Use Cases, reports generation and data analytics/visualization Analytic focused on ways to approach and problem-solve Have led cross-functional projects before Superior technical writing skills Strong analytical ability and technical judgment What You Should Bring: The ideal candidate will have a degree in Science, Engineering or Business Management or other related program with at least 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a related role.
