Experience with test coordination, giving direction to multiple team members, ability to make decision on testing scope. Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate a deep understanding of critical healthcare workflows, including enrollment, benefits, billing and claims (local and ITS). Utilize domain knowledge to drive efficient and effective testing strategies Plan, organize, and execute comprehensive test plans for healthcare related systems and applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with project timeliness and objectives Effectively communicate testing progress, issues and results to relevant stakeholders Provide clear direction and leadership to multiple team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance testing environment Make informed decisions to ensure the overall quality and reliability of healthcare systems Job Qualifications: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent knowledge acquired via work experience or other training. Experience with healthcare domain on critical workflows (enrollment, benefits, billing, and claims (local and ITS)).
