Our client is looking for Tolling Back Office SME who has Tolling experience across multiple agencies. They need to have Hands-on experience in designing and building CRM based back-office systems for large contact centers for road tolling organizations. Required / Desired Skills Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Tolling experience across multiple tolling agencies. Required 10 Years Hands-on experience in designing and building CRM based back-office systems for large volume contact centers for road tolling organizations. Required 5 Years Direct hands on experience within a Tolling Agencies Back Office. Required 3 Years Bachelors degree in business management or information systems. Required Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project.
