Good functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Health cloud Strong written and verbal communication, client facing and problem-solving skills. Team management, good team player, proactive and quick learner. Ability to work on own initiatives with minimal management supervision Team-oriented focus, knowledge sharing, expectation management with all project team resources, maintaining a high degree of professionalism in all situations. Key responsibilities: Manage software testing team Review business / software requirements and provide inputs. Prepare / review test plans. Analyze test results and test metrics. Manage the day-to-day relationship for clients. Work with a multiple development squads and other test engineers testing Salesforce system. Perform manual and functional testing in Salesforce application as part of QA and UAT activities Tackle issues found while testing, document issues and communicate back to development teams. Participate in a daily scrum with development team, architects. Coordinate with other managers (Project Manager, Development Manager, etc) to ensure the highest level of software quality.
