Role : Sr. Google Dialog Flow Developer Location : Charlotte, NC 28203 (Day one Onsite) Duration : Long Term Job Description: with 5+ years relevant Industry Experience Google Dialog flow, Google CCAI, Google CCAI Reporting (Google Big Query, Google Looker) Detailed Job Description Core Experience in Google Dialog Flow(GDF) Voice and Chatbot development in CX Bots including integrations with back-end systems. Google CCAI Reporting Experience on Google Big Query and Google Looker to create Reports/Dashboards Propose suggestions/Ideas to customer to improve design of Voice and Chatbots to have wholistic BOT experience with improved self-service for end users. Google dialog flow integration with Google CCAI and back end integrations Experience on Google Cloud Functions for GDF development.
