Monitoring and triaging the defects and enhancement opportunities alongside BT. 2. Sequencing and prioritizing them as per the criticality. 3. Providing continuous support throughout the testing cycle and ongoing releases. 4. Establishing the Support model and adhere to the defined SLAs. 5. Owning the release specific Defects lifecycle and steering them to logical closure. 6. Ability to work with Cross-functional teams [External Vendors] 7. Playing a pivotal role with enhancements / Defect Management and carving out the future scope. 8. Function flawlessly in an Agile Environment. 9. Ability to participate in the 24*7 support role [On a need basis] 10.
