Position: ServiceNow Architect Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Part time (16 to 40 Hrs a week ) Client: BJC Healthcare Candidate must have true architect-level experience. The interview will be very difficult. This is an ideal part-time position. The workload will not be heavy but will bill many hours. Interview process: one screening this week (Wed or Fri), and an interview with the end client Monday. Software Asset Management ITAM Health Check Issues ~ Review and resolve identified errors in the ITAM Health Check within these categories. Software Model Reconciliation Normalization Discovery Entitlement Licensing Metrics and Rules ~ Review licensing metrics for accuracy and compliance calculations Downgrade rights General Per core licensing General named user plus licensing General CAL Licensing Software Asset Management Workspace and Dashboards Verify that configurations and calculations are set up properly and working accurately. Identify and reconcile any configuration errors. Review compliance calculations and Dashboard reports for accuracy SaaS integrations Verify that SaaS Integrations are set up properly and working accurately. Identify and reconcile any integration errors or misconfigurations. Verify that SaaS compliance metrics are calculated and reporting accurately. Model Discovery, Normalization and Product Mapping Provide guidance, best practices and processes for model normalization and discovery methods Advise on how to get products added to the ServiceNow product library to match BJC custom licensing metrics Provide guidance, best practices and processes for Custom and out-of-box models, counting strategies, product numbers, and discovery maps Requirements Architect level experience in ServiceNow with: ITAM Health Check Issues ~ Review and resolve identified errors in the ITAM Health Check within these categories Licensing Metrics and Rules ~ Review licensing metrics for accuracy and compliance calculations Software Asset Management Workspace and Dashboards SaaS integrations Model Discovery, Normalization and Product Mapping SCREENING QUESTIONS How many years of ITIL experience with a focus on Asset Management and CMDB do you have How many years ServiceNow Software Asset Management experience do you have How many years IT experience do you have reviewing and resolving errors in ITAM Health Check How many years IT experience do you have reviewing licensing metrics for accuracy and compliance How many years IT experience do you have with Software Asset Management Workspace and Dashboards How many Saas integrations have you done Please elaborate.
