Identify and map customer business requirements to SAP S/4HANA Best Practice Business Processes. Work with and configure SAP Best Practices Business Processes, Industry Solutions, and Global Templates. Lead Explore Phase Business Requirement Documentation, Validation, and design workshops in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management. Utilize strong knowledge and experience in SAP Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Logistics Execution (LE), Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), and cross-application integration with SAP FI, CO, SD. Hands-on configuration experience in SAP MM, IM, MRP modules, with a focus on 3PL warehouses and EDI interfaces. Lead process work streams, reviewing and directing the work of offshore and onsite team members. Work with SAP Fiori applications in the Supply Chain and Logistics domain. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Execution. Experience in the Consumer goods industry is a bonus. Worked on at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. Strong cross-functional experience in SAP MM, IM, and MRP. Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a plus. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Experience in at least one migration to SAP S/4HANA or Greenfield implementation. SAP S/4HANA certification in the SAP domain expertise area is required. Exposure to integrating with third-party systems. Understanding of SAP Activate methodology. Requirements: Candidate must work in PST hours. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
