Job Title : Collibra Developer Location: Mc Lean, VA Job Type : Onsite Rate $48 Must Haves: Developer with experience in designing and enhancing Collibra workflows, Groovy/Java, BPMN. Ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders to develop workflow processes. Experience in configuring and supporting Collibra operating model. Our Impact: Our team is responsible for providing the data governance platform (Collibra) to help Single-Family product, project, and modern delivery teams find data and accelerate time-to-market for Single-Family products. Your Impact: In this role, you will be part of Business Information Architecture Platforms team within Single-Family and your work will be fall in following two categories. Operations and Technology Develop and implement Collibra workflows to enhance self service automation Collaborate with other team members to configure, implement and provide on-going maintenance support for Collibra, define Use Cases and Business Requirements, develop and configure workflows, and dashboards, and load metadata Enhance the data governance platform (e.g. data quality, metadata, process management) Strategy Development and Implementation Provide advice on how to increase adoption of Collibra within Single-Family, understand needs and support development of multi-year data governance tools roadmap Lead leveraging investment in existing technologies Support Single Family top initiatives regarding the optimal design of Data Governance and content Qualifications: Experience in designing and enhancing Collibra Workflows, Groovy/Java, BPMN 8+ years experience in Data Governance, Reporting, and/or Metadata management in Financial Services industry along with complimentary experience in leading team members and working in a diverse workplace is preferred College degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years experience in configuring and supporting Collibra or other Metadata / Data Governance tool (s) Ability to quickly learn new tools and effectively collaborate with stakeholders to influence outcomes Ability to understand different perspectives Passion for delivering quick business benefits Keys to Success in this Role: Intellectual agility and interpersonal flexibility Strong consultation and communication skills Ability to work and collaborate within and across different teams Deep curiosity to learn about new metadata and data governance trends and how to do things better Thanks & Regards Anuj Singh Cybertec, Inc.
