Responsible for managing a team of 140 employees, the role involves coordinating various departments: Operations (85 employees): Project Managers, Directors. Finance (8 employees): Staff Accountants. Purchasing (4 employees): Purchasing Managers. The primary focus is on ensuring a successful transition to Vista Viewpoint. The software has been developed, nearing completion; however, the role involves finalizing project plans, managing training schedules, and overseeing the budget for the remaining implementation phase. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute project plans for the Vista Viewpoint transition, ensuring alignment with deadlines and budgets. Collaborate with the Vista Viewpoint team, providing oversight, planning, and creating timelines to ensure a smooth transition. Lead change management initiatives, focusing on training needs for all departments to facilitate a seamless software adoption. Act as a liaison between the organization and the Vista team, ensuring effective communication and guidance throughout the transition process. Qualifications: Proven experience in project management, preferably in software implementation projects. Strong expertise in change management and training initiatives. Familiarity with financial software implementations, specifically Vista Viewpoint, is advantageous. Experience with other finance software like Sage, SAP, or Oracle is acceptable. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
