The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Guidewire Insurance Suite and extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Guidewire solutions. The Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in guiding the development of insurance software solutions to meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities: Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design Guidewire-based solutions that address complex business requirements while ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to development teams Architecture Development: Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, including system diagrams, data models, and integration patterns, to support project implementation and compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Integration Expertise: Design and oversee integration strategies with external systems, including third-party applications and data sources, to facilitate seamless data exchange. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and architectural issues, implementing optimizations to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness. Security and Compliance: Ensure that Guidewire solutions adhere to security and compliance requirements, implementing necessary controls and measures. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and guidelines, to support development teams and facilitate knowledge sharing. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively, fostering collaboration and alignment with business objectives. Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to Guidewire and insurance software, proposing innovative solutions to improve our offerings. Qualifications: Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Prior experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on Guidewire PolicyCenter Guidewire PolicyCenter cloud certification mandatory. Strong knowledge of insurance business processes and practices. Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related technologies. Experience with Guidewire configuration, integration, and customization. Expertise in architecture design principles, including microservices and cloud-based solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is advantageous.
