Automation testing knowledge is preferred. Telephony automation tools nice to have (i.e. Cyara, Hammer) Demonstrated Telephony QA skills. Knowledge and experience of testing in a Telephony solution. Bachelors Degree in IT or equivalent or in related field. Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, influencing and technical skills.
