Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of software development projects. Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards. Implement and enforce best practices for software development. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth. Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Technical Expertise: Hands-on development using React and Node.js. Architect and design scalable and maintainable solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status and technical decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with React and Node.js. Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies. Experience with RESTful API development. Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team.
