ServiceNow has been implemented and this role will focus on user adoption

Experienced OCM Lead at a high level

Must have experience with: CMDB, App portfolio Management, Asset Management

Nice to have Incident and Change Management

Experience working on large scale transformations

Job Description:

Develop, implement, and monitor effective change strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and improve organization performance

Collaborates with HRBPs and Business Leaders to drive cultural evolution and organizational transformational initiatives; act as a thought leader to enable organizational strategies, understanding the current state, designing the future state, and developing a means to bridge the gap by leveraging change management fundamentals and insights into actionable and strategic takeaways

Demonstrate strong leadership judgment and decisioning in anticipating project needs and developing innovative, sustainable solutions focused on adding value

Evaluate implementation / adoption gaps or opportunities, then create tools and materials to mitigate

Provide expert facilitation on change management to leaders across the enterprise

Drives engagement and acceptance of change amongst enterprise teammates through a thorough change and communication plans that is customer / teammate focused and to drive the expected behaviours

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Organizational Development or related field strongly preferred

7-10 years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in Organizational Change, Organizational Design, Change Management, Talent Management

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner

Experience applying a structured change leadership approach and methodology for large scale organizational initiatives

Strong experience with program level measurements and evaluation
