Title: Techno-Functional ServiceNow Consultant Location: Remote We are currently seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional ServiceNow Consultant with experience in coordinating and executing all development aspects of ServiceNow projects. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working in a team-oriented environment. They must also hold one or more relevant ServiceNow certifications. Primary Skills: Coordinate and execute ServiceNow development. Provide accurate estimates for design documents, including data mapping and interface models. Record requirements or user stories in the Client's Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) system. Create and document testing plans, test scripts, and coordinate all testing processes following the Client's Quality Assurance Playbook. Collaborate with the Client's system administration team to review and implement changes into the production ServiceNow instance. Facilitate meetings with business leaders to elicit requirements or other information needed to complete assigned tasks or projects. Conduct Sprint planning sessions and provide time and resource estimates to the Client before work begins. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Client's Product Owner to take the lead role in developing and supporting ServiceNow requests, projects, and tasks. Coordinate and execute ServiceNow development. Provide accurate estimates for design documents, including data mapping and interface models. Record requirements or user stories in the Client's Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) system. Create and document testing plans, test scripts, and coordinate all testing processes following the Client's Quality Assurance Playbook. Facilitate meetings with business leaders to elicit requirements or other information needed to complete assigned tasks or projects. Complete projects in accordance with Client and PMO guidelines, adhering to IT standards and policies. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer regarding changes and provide guidance and support to the application support team as needed. Adhere to Client working hours and maintain open communication and active participation in all virtual meetings. Requirements: One or more relevant ServiceNow certifications (Certified Developer, Certified Application Developer Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proven experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and support. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO), Agile methodologies, and IT Quality Management practices. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
