Title: Sr. Healthcare Project Manager Location: Remote (West Coast only) Visa: USC/GC Candidates Experience and Education: Responsibilities: Managed care / healthcare and Medi-Cal experience required. Must be CSM Certified Scrum Master. Must have Agile SAFe experience. Eight plus years of progressive experience managing a range of important, midsize to large business-technology projects with above average levels of complexity and business criticality, across the entire SDLC. Extensive experience with project management processes, techniques, and tools. Experience facilitating change, including collaboration with senior-level stakeholders. Experience with enterprise-wide demand and capacity forecasting, planning, and administration. Experience estimating, developing, tracking, and forecasting budgets. Experience in mentoring and executing Agile, Lean, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery best practices; Three years hands-on experience using Agile/SCRUM. Computer Skills: Advanced computer system applications to facilitate Senior Project Managers essential duties, including. Experience with portfolio, program, and project management applications; documentation and reporting tools. Proficient in Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and use of Windows operating systems. Required Skills: Managed care / healthcare and Medi-Cal experience required. Must be SAFe (Scaled Agile) certified. Must be PMP certified. Must have 2 years or more experience as a RTE (Release Train Engineer). Must have 5 years or more experience as a Program Manager or in LPM (Lean Portfolio Management). Must have 10 years or more experience as a Senior Project Manager.
