This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce technologies, combined with a strong foundation in software development and system integration. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement sophisticated Salesforce solutions to enhance business strategy and goals. Utilize Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs for customized solution development. Integration and Data Management: Expertly integrate Salesforce with various data sources and applications using tools like MuleSoft, Heroku, and REST/SOAP APIs. Manage data models within Salesforce, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Agile Development: Collaborate with business product owners and Agile teams to thoroughly understand requirements, provide feedback, and seek clarification. Work with other engineers to consistently deliver high-quality code. Salesforce Architecture Design: Translate complex requirements and data models into robust Salesforce applications and architecture, aligning with Salesforce best practices and company standards. Security and Testing: Address issues from security testing (like penetration tests) and support system and integration testing phases. Track and rectify software defects. Code Reviews and Compliance: Lead design and code reviews within the team, ensuring adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices. Qualifications: Deep expertise in Salesforce development languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components). Experience with Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, Heroku, etc.) and APIs (REST/SOAP). Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, security model, and platform limits. Proven track record in delivering scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools. Requirements: Minimum of ten (10+) years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Salesforce development.
