Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll configurations, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Experience with integration tools and middleware for connecting PeopleSoft with other applications. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications PeopleSoft Certification in Payroll. Previous experience working with [specific tools, applications, or industries relevant to your organization]. Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ERP systems.
