Job Title: CONTROL-M TECH LEAD Job Summary: Team Size 20 Direct reports 10 Deliverables Zena to Control-M Migration completion. Scrum. Strong working knowledge implementing and configuring Control-M in high availability enterprise environment. Prior in-depth experience automating and monitoring large-scale, enterprise-wide, mission critical platforms Working knowledge of one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, PERL, Scripting, VBS, etc.) Solid understanding of Windows, LINUX and SQL Strong communication; Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to collaborate well with others, be strategically focused, and constantly looking to improve our environment. Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent Experience: 9+ total years / 6+ years with Control-M development as the key skillset Seeking a Control-M developer with about 9 years' experience, but they need to be hands-on and are expected to complete delivery work on their own. Top 3 Must Haves: 1. CONTROL-M Development skill 2. Scripting skill 3. Tech lead role to handle the client and team. Roles & Responsibilities Assist in the development standardization, and implementation of a globally distributed automation platform. Work on the consolidation and migration of the workload automations onto Control-M Responsible for ensuring maximum platform availability and prompt and accurate remediation of issues Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders Actively manage infrastructure to drive efficiency Collaborate with development team and vendors to resolve issues and improve the platform Proactively drive IT governance and de-risking initiatives Thank you, *Hybrid Day 1: Chicago, IL (3 days in office weekly) * Keywords: information technology Delaware Illinois |
