Job Title: Accela Support Engineer

Duration: 12 months(35 hrs per week)

Location: NYC(Day 1 onsite)

Pay rate: $45-48/hr on C2C (35 hrs per week)

SCOPE OF WORK

Monitor and troubleshoot Windows servers that host Accela

Monitor and troubleshoot Accela components - Accela
Automation, Accela Access and Accela Mobile Office

Perform Health checks of server and network

As needed co-ordinate with Windows server, database,
Network, Security, and other infrastructure teams

Work with application teams as needed to troubleshoot issues
with Accela
